These classes are designed to suit everyone, from the beginner just starting out to the expert wanting to take their fitness routine to the next level. All of the classes have what it takes to get you to your goals.
Here's how it works. Once you've bought your voucher, give them a call to book your first class. Arrive 15 minutes beforehand to register and you'll receive your class pass concession card. You can even bring up to 2 friends with you to use your concession card (see the Fine Print for more info). Don't forget - class sizes are strictly limited so make sure you always book so you don't miss out!
At Peak Physique Fitness Studio, they also offer specialized Personal Training packages, nutritional and diet plans/packages as well as full body analysis to measure and keep track of your body composition, body fat percentage and muscle mass/ratio.

Muay Thai Fit
Get fitter, stronger and improve your confidence in this 1 hour barefoot class where you will learn fitness based Muay Thai Kickboxing through a variety of combos, movements, maneuvers, drills and a range of exercises will be completed through Thai Pad work, kickboxing bag training and stations. The stations involve a range of explosive exercises utilising plyometrics, calisthenics as well as weighted stations to engage your entire body for a high intensity workout
Whether you want to lose weight or tremendously increase your muscle tone, this 30 minute and 1 hour circuit based classes aimed at strength and conditioning is perfect for you. This class focuses on utilising a range of body weight movements and exercises, while incorporating the use of kettlebells, medicine balls, free weights and equalizers, although these are kept to a minimum. The exercises are designed to target all muscle groups for an explosive high intensity blast to give you an increased resting metabolic rate for 24-48 hours after your workout!
In this class exclusive to females, glove up for a 1 hour session of boxing and kickboxing to engage your arms & shoulders, core, legs, bum & thighs for a complete body workout. Blow off some stream through a variety of effective exercises and movements while learning a range of boxing drills, moves and combos. This class will utilise pad work, kickboxing bags and stations.
