The Fine Print

Bookings essential. After purchasing, email firstname.lastname@example.org with your contact details. You can start your 8 week program any time between August - October
All services must be used by one customer
Participants must be 18 or over
Prize pack will be awarded to participant who loses the most weight and improves the most on their fitness test, assessed eight weeks from initial weigh-in. Winner will be selected 17 November, 2016
Weight loss takes time and effort to be successful. It is advisable to consult your doctor before starting any weight loss program
This contest in no way is meant to encourage unhealthy eating habits or weight loss practices. Participants are discouraged from crash dieting, dehydrating themselves in an effort to lose weight and any other health practice that is contraindicated by their doctor
